A limited number of rooms at special negotiated rates have been selected in Bergamo, for individual registrations and attendees coming from abroad. From these hotels connection to the Congress Venue is granted. For organizing reason an early booking is required.

Reservations will be confirmed only upon payment of the entire amount, booking fees included (€15,00 + iva 22%).
The Organizing Secretariat will confirm your reservation and payment via email, and send you your invoice.
All requests made after this date will be subject to availability.
The above-mentioned conditions do not apply to group or corporate bookings. For such bookings, please contact the Organizing Secretariat Nord Est Congressi directly.

Booking can be cancelled by sending a written notification to
segreteria@nordestcongressi.it
• no cancellation penalty will be applied until 10th March 2024.
• from 10th March 2024 to 29th March 2024, the cancellation fee will be equal to the cost of one night’s stay.
• from 29th March 2024 to 25th May 2024, the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the total amount of your purchase.
No amount will be refunded in case of no notification of the cancellation.
Booking fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be credited by the Organizing Secretariat within 60 days after the end of the Congress.
